This form is for TSSA members only.
TSSA provides a personal injury service for members and their families. Members who have been affected by any of the following: accident at work, accident outside of work, assault, R.T.A. (driver, passenger or pedestrian), slip/trip or occupational disease should register their claim by calling our solicitors, Morrish & Co on 0800 093 0353. The personal injury service is free to TSSA members and their families so you will receive 100 per cent of your compensation.
Members can submit general enquiries via this site, however if you have an ongoing case you should contact the member of staff concerned, or ask the Helpdesk if they can assist.
