If you are a TSSA member and are looking for advice or assistance in connection with your employment or membership, you can contact our Members’ Helpdesk.

You can send your enquiry via this website or by phone. The helpdesk freephone number is shown on your membership card and in your TSSA diary.

We won’t just take a message. Our trained and experienced staff will listen sympathetically and tell you where you stand.

We can advise on a range of workplace issues including:-

- discipline and grievance hearings
- maternity rights
- redundancy

Helpdesk opening hours:-

- 0800-1800 Monday-Thursday
- 0800-1700 Friday

Please note: we cannot undertake to provide advice to non-members, to members of other unions, or to members on behalf of their partners/friends.
